Clean rooms equipped with a good size fridge along with excellent hotel facilities like air conditioning and self-service breakfast. Helpful staff members, especially the receptionist named Alena who assisted us with tour arrangements and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Additionally, this hotel offers free transfers and discounts for attractions like Kizhi Island.

Our stay over Christmas wasn't as enjoyable as we had hoped. The spa facilities were only available at certain times, which we didn't realize until we arrived. Additionally, the room was quite small and not as clean as we had expected. While the location was nice, it was a bit further from town than we had anticipated, making it difficult to explore the area on foot. we were a bit disappointed with our experience at this hotel.

Our Easter weekend stay at the hotel was not very pleasant. the amenities were subpar, with the pool being too small, and the water pressure in the shower was terrible.
