This hotel is located on the waterfront of a beautiful lake, offering stunning views of the water. The staff here are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. Additionally, the location of this place is perfect, within walking distance of several interesting museums and a short drive away from other attractions.

The hotel is located near the lake and several interesting museums, making it a convenient base for exploration. the service is efficient and respectful, with English-speaking receptionists. the rooms are well furnished with necessary items, and the lunchbox provided on departure is a nice touch. Guests can enjoy the facilities such as the spa, swimming pool, and saunas, free of charge for a few hours.
There are some areas for improvement, such as inconsistency in cleaning and maintenance, as noted by some guests.

Great location near the waterfront of Onega with easy access to fascinating museums and stunning views of Lake Onega. Clean rooms equipped with a good size fridge along with excellent hotel facilities like air conditioning and self-service breakfast. Helpful staff members, especially the receptionist named Alena who assisted us with tour arrangements and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Additionally, this hotel offers free transfers and discounts for attractions like Kizhi Island.
Nothing is perfect.

The hotel was located near a beautiful frozen lake, and the view from our room was lovely. The breakfast had a good variety of food, including Russian and western options, and was included in the room rate. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful when we had questions about the area.
Our stay over Christmas wasn't as enjoyable as we had hoped. The spa facilities were only available at certain times, which we didn't realize until we arrived. Additionally, the room was quite small and not as clean as we had expected. While the location was nice, it was a bit further from town than we had anticipated, making it difficult to explore the area on foot. we were a bit disappointed with our experience at this hotel.

The hotel had a great location with beautiful views of the lake and a free massage at the spa. the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great with plenty of options to choose.
Our Easter weekend stay at the hotel was not very pleasant. the amenities were subpar, with the pool being too small, and the water pressure in the shower was terrible.
